I am Steven Sinnwell, a German-born professional chef with more than 20 years of experience in gastronomy and resident on the wonderful island of Ibiza since 2007. My passion for cooking started early, training in prestigious establishments such as the 3 Michelin star restaurant “Gästehaus Klaus Erfort” and the exclusive “Villa Weißmüller”, both located in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Throughout my career I have honed my skills in Mediterranean cuisine, learning also how to manage kitchens and organise large-scale events. My stints in renowned Ibizan restaurants such as “El Pato”, with its exclusive catering service, and “The Beach by Hotel Ushuaia Beach Ibiza”, have deeply enriched my culinary and professional vision.

For several years now, I have dedicated my passion to offering a private and exclusive service, creating personalised gastronomic experiences. My aim is to take care of every detail, to deeply value each product and to fuse the best of Mediterranean cuisine with international influences acquired through my travels and experiences.

My fundamental pillars are exceptional quality, personalised attention, absolute discretion and a total commitment to each client. For me, cooking is more than preparing food; it is about creating a unique, honest and carefully tailored experience.
